The servos can be set up to give you 360 view. Each servo can get 180 to 190 degrees if you go to the full extents of travel. You will want one to be at 0 degrees (~1000us) facing forward. The other at 180 degrees (~2000us) facing forward. Move the servos to these positions then mount your servo arms that hold the sensors. When at 1.5ms they will both be facing sideways pointing out. Then to face reverse you would have the servos go to ~2000us and ~1000us respectively.
