A customer recently asked:
I was looking at (TP-046-000) (custom length, 4wd, IG52 SB) with selected motors, wheels, batteries and controller.
But I don’t know if those sides (TD-081-000: custom length ATR side) come with the chassis or how that works.
Where to put the battery and is the battery holder included.What would we have to provide?
The item you need to add to this is the base. If you want batteries and controller to you need to select them (the are defaultly unselected on the item page). We do not offer the base as an option because its really a DIY setup and you can make the base as you need it. It can be a simple piece of wood. Just cut it any width as long as you have enough room for your motors. The length can be the length you specify for the tubes. Some typical examples we do are our prebuilt robots, We bend a sheet of aluminum. Some prebuilt robots listed below:
