I am working on a project but would like you expertise on which drive method is the best. If it’s direct drive how did you attach the wheel hub directly to the axels as in the wc800-dm4?
If chain drive, can you direct me how best to do that with 4 wheel chair motors.
That you for your help.

We prefer to use direct drive whenever possible. It is simpler, requires fewer parts so it’s less expensive, and there’s just not as much that can go wrong. Wheelchair motors can typically support quite a bit of weight so there’s usually no reason to support the shaft with another bearing unless the shaft is fairly long. We use these shafts to mount a 13″ tiller tire to our wheelchair motors:https://www.superdroidrobots.com/shop/item.aspx/atr-shaft-dm-for-wheelchair-motor-17mm-bore-for-13-inch-traction-lug/2234/
